Returns & Exchanges policy: 

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unused and returned in their original condition. Please contact us via Facebook or Instagram messages to initiate the process, and we will handle the coordination.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified. If approved, a refund will be arranged. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective products:

If you receive a defective product, please notify us via Instagram or Facebook messages within 48 hours of receiving it. Please send clear photos of the defect item.

نقبل الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية.  يرجى التواصل معنا عبر رسائل فيسبوك أو إنستغرام لبدء العملية، وسنتولى التنسيق.

الاسترداد: 

بمجرد استلامنا للمنتج المُعاد، سيتم فحصه وإبلاغكم بالنتيجة. في حال الموافقة، سيتم ترتيب عملية استرداد المبلغ. يُرجى العلم بأن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

المنتجات المعيبة:

في حال استلامكم منتجاً معيباً، يرجى إبلاغنا عبر رسائل إنستغرام أو فيسبوك خلال 48 ساعة من استلامه. يرجى إرسال صور واضحة للمنتج المعيب.
